Wilcon started its store grand opening celebration with a motorcade along the nearby towns of its new operating store. The opening event continued at the store with a ribbon-cutting ceremony led by Wilcon EVP-Chief Financial Officer Mark Andrew Belo, Wilcon SEVP-Chief Operating Officer and PRA President Rosemarie Bosch-Ong, United Architects of the Philippines National President Arch. Benjamin Panganiban Jr. together with other Wilcon’s valued suppliers and Davao City’s local government officials.

Wilcon is set to open eight more stores located in Opol, Cagayan De Oro, Sta. Barbara, Iloilo, Antipolo, Sto. Tomas, Batangas, Commonwealth, Calumpit, Bulacan, Tagum, Davao Del Norte, and Tuguegarao this year as part of its ongoing expansion in fulfilling its commitment to have a total of 67 operating stores by 2020, which is earlier than planned, barring any unexpected external factors.
