Strong-willed executive of Wilcon, Rosemarie Bosch-Ong, has earned another accolade, recognized for her impactful contributions and excellence in her area of expertise. Ms. Bosch-Ong’s latest achievement highlights her holistic approach to leadership and her humble beginnings as the cornerstone of her journey. In addition to her role as Senior Executive Vice President and COO of Wilcon, she is also the current Chairwoman of the Philippine Retailers Association, one of the Committee Chairs on retail trade of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Founding Director of the Proptech Consortium of the Philippines. Moreover, she is also the Vice President of Women’s Business Council Philippines, Inc. (WomenBiz) which advocates women in leadership roles.
The resilient Wilcon Executive is anticipating a bustling schedule this year with the grand opening of Wilcon’s 100th store, a celebratory milestone set to occur this year. This is in line with the company’s expansion footprint campaign, #FlyingHighTo100, wherein the company goals to have 100 operating stores nationwide by 2025.
