Customer Service will link your Loyalty Card, update your mobile number or email, and adjust your membership details as needed. Check your inbox for the verification message. Once verified, you can sign in using your updated email.

Visit your nearest Wilcon Branch and bring a valid ID or business documents (for business accounts) to the Customer Service area. Customer Service will review your application. Once approved, you will be notified and can proceed to use your ABCDE+ membership.

Loyalty points can be earned and redeemed through in-store transactions. While redemption is not available online, you can still earn points for eligible purchases made on our online shop. Only make sure to use the same email address registered to your Wilcon Loyalty Membership.

Yes! However, the expiration of points can be extended by one year if you continue making purchases at the store. Meanwhile, unconverted and unused points will remain valid for one year from the date of your last purchase.

No, each customer is allowed to register only one loyalty membership. Multiple accounts under the same name or contact details may be flagged.

Currently, the MyWilcon Loyalty Membership Program is exclusive to individual customers.
For eligibility:
• UAP-registered Architects may present a valid PRC ID and UAP Membership Card (if applicable).
• Regular customers must present a single or accumulated purchase receipt with a minimum worth of ₱5,000.00 to qualify for membership.
• For ABCDE+, an existing MyWilcon Loyalty membership, Professional ID, or Business License. (Subject to approval)

Yes, points are still earned on purchases of discounted items unless otherwise stated in the promo’s terms and conditions.

Coupons can be redeemed based on your total accumulated points. You must have enough points to redeem available coupons through the MyWilcon App and use them for in-store purchases.

To link your MyWilcon Loyalty Card to the MyWilcon App, simply follow these steps:
1. Log in to your MyWilcon App account.
2. Go to your Profile Settings.
3. Enter your Loyalty Membership details as prompted.
4. Save the changes to complete the linking process.
